All payments must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the agreed session in order to secure your booking, and a minimum of one week prior to autism/ADHD assessments. If we do not receive the payment your session time may be re-allocated. You can pre-pay for your appointments by bank transfer, GoCardless instant pay or direct debit.
Stripe can be used for credit card payments.

We operate a strict cancellation policy for appointments. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the full rate, less than 24 hours will be charged the full rate. Cancellations can be made by emailing [email protected].
