We understand that children and young people are unique and may require a completely bespoke approach to assessing their needs. Please contact us for further information.
All payments must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the agreed session in order to secure your booking, and a minimum of one week prior to autism/ADHD assessments. If we do not receive the payment your session time may be re-allocated. You can pre-pay for your appointments by bank transfer, GoCardless instant pay or direct debit. Paypal can be used for credit card payments, however, client will be expected to pay any additional charges incurred by paypal.
We operate a strict cancellation policy for appointments. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the full rate, less than 24 hours will be charged the full rate. Cancellations can be made by emailing [email protected].
We offer face-to-face appointments and online appointments.
